Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership of Work

All software, code, designs, graphics, documents, and other materials created by HyprDevs Software Solutions (“Company”) during the course of the project shall remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.

Upon receipt of complete payment, ownership rights of the final deliverables shall be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Pre-Existing Materials

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or code developed by HyprDevs prior to the project shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials only as part of the delivered project.

3. Third-Party Components

The project may include third-party software, plugins, APIs, or libraries.

  • Such components are subject to their respective licenses
  • HyprDevs does not claim ownership over third-party materials
  • The Client agrees to comply with all applicable third-party terms

4. Usage Rights

After full payment:

  • The Client has the right to use the final product for their business purposes
  • The Client may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the work without written permission, unless explicitly agreed

5. Portfolio Rights

HyprDevs Software Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in portfolios
  • Use project details for marketing purposes

This does not include confidential information unless approved by the Client.

6. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized copying, modification, resale, or distribution of the Company’s intellectual property without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Open Source Usage

If open-source components are used:

  • They will be governed by their respective licenses
  • The Client agrees to comply with those license terms

8. Confidential Information

All proprietary code, business logic, and project details shared during the project shall be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed without permission.
