Refund Policy

HyprDevs Software Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides custom software development, web development, and IT services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

By engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of custom software development and digital services, all payments made to HyprDevs Software Solutions are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are only considered under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • We are unable to start your project due to internal issues
  • We fail to deliver the agreed service without valid reason
  • The project is cancelled by us before any significant work has been completed

Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by client (e.g., late content, approvals, or communication)
  • Work already completed or delivered
  • Project scope changes after agreement
  • Third-party service costs (hosting, domain, APIs, plugins, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences not defined in the initial agreement

4. Milestone-Based Payments

For projects divided into milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • If a project is terminated midway, payment is required for work completed up to that point

5. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started
  • If the project has not started, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request project cancellation by written notice
  • Refund (if applicable) will depend on the amount of work completed
  • We reserve the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, misuse, or violation of terms

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

8. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy
  • We reserve the right to suspend services and take necessary legal action

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute:

  • Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion
  • If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
